  Nose: Cherry, rose petals, spices, candy
  Notes: this 2010 Groffier Les Amoureuses is much more ready than I thought. No doubt a few more years of cellaring can bring more substance but it is already quite nice. An intense and long lasting palate. Also this is quite chewy. Good effort from Groffier.
  Drink: 2025+

  Pompette Salon《酌樂 Series XII》 情人、反派與智者：男中音的極致魅力 (Taichung, Taiwan): Rose petal, tea with some cranberry. Still nice yet much more advanced than I expected for 2010 Les Amoureuses.

  Birthday Dinner Featuring Bonneau du Martray and the Very Best of Chambolle-Musigny (The Bristol - Chicago IL): In Amoureuses flight, including Groffier 95/05/10. Bright red and black berry aromas and flavors with anise, roasted beef, thyme, black pepper hints coming and going. Bright textures come close to the weightless textures found in the very best of Chambolle. Very good. Group could not reach consensus on preference between this and the 2005.
