A case of this with nine now down. Always impressive but never as sharp as the higher elevation grands crus. You would not think it flabby unless drunk beside the Schlossberg of the same vintage. My ratings all 89-92 so far. Further improvement doubtful but will keep a couple for later. 2002 has always been my kind of vintage, which is why I stocked up on these. Tonight, only a hint of petrol, with subtle but ultimately seductive fruit, mineral clarity, and convincing grip. Wish I had another case, especially at the 2004 price.
