  One of my favorites at a tasting of vintage Barolos at Wine Watch. This tasted just how you would want a mature Barolo to taste with a lovely nose of violets and raspberries highlighting the excellent fruit and good structure This is in a good drinking window but has years of life ahead.

  What a treat. A friend of mine brought this to dinner at our house. It is elegant, delicate, and wonderful. The wine was still young. No bricking or signs of age at all. The wine was perfume, violets, and deliciously rich fruit. A complete treat. If you have some of this, rest assured that it is still spectacular.

  First aged Barolo I've ever had. Wish I had a lot more. This was fantastic. Dry tannins, earthy, some leather, wonderful balance. Not much punch to it, but still a very pleasant wine.
