Delicious Barolo, taken to restaurant and did not require much decant time to open and be a lovely pair with Italian food. In a good drinking window and will get better. 93+

From magnum. Decanted half the bottle for several hours and rest few hours before consumption. Some floral notes on the nose. Cherry predominately on the palate with some strong tannins. Needs more time but very good potential

Two hours in the glass for this to really blossom. Lavender, roses, tar and sweet spice. Fine tannins, great mouthfeel and long finish. Hard to describe the pallet, so much going on. Sweet spice, sour cherry, ash, tar and minerals come to mind. My first experience with this producer and this was excellent. Don't know if I would pay the current price but would definitely grab some more at the sub 100 I paid. Really nice barolo just hitting its stride.

Too young at this stage, tannins are very firm and needs a serious amount of air time to open up and soften the structure a bit. Has thrown a good bit of sediment as well so decanting will help both with air and with sediment. None the less, great wine that is already lovely to drink but will reward extensive cellaring.

Lättare Barolo, väldigt stilig, men har mer att ge. Vänta med dessa och låt dem ligga ett tag till
