As others have mentioned - tart on the entry, sour cherries, hints of balsamic vinegar, savoury notes like beef jerky, earthiness, and mushrooms. Tamed down after decanting for an hour and got more balanced. Moderately intense bouquet, soft tannins, medium minus finish.

In the bouquet dark berries, licorice and vanilla. Same on the palate, red berries as well, chocolate, good and fresh acidity, slightly sticky tannin, some pleasant bitterness and a bit drying in the finish. Ready now and the next 3+ years.

Fragrant and matured bouquet of toasted spices, ripe blueberries, licorice, sage and leather. Palate is rich and fresh, good density of flavours on a medium-bodied structure. Transition to finish is smooth and velvety, just lacking the length of the best classified growth. Ready to drink now and will hold for the next 3-5 years.
