  Dark at the core, fading to the edges. Plums and cherries on the reluctant nose. Finely etched fruit on the palate, cherries, blackberries, but a bit of brown sugar as well. Fine tannins, delicate acidity, fine balance. Finishes moderately long with blackberries. Mature and still some pleasure here but on the downhill slope. Drink up.

  Left my run too late with this one. There is still some life in it but only for 15-20 mins & then it was flat as a tack
