  This wine is a revelation with its amazing freshness and youthfulness at age 32! Very lifted with flavors of dark cherries and wintergreen. Ethereal in texture with a saline quality that leads to a complex finish with notes of ferrous minerals and oceanic material. Mostly Mourvedre with a touch of Grenache. Wow! Drunk at Marsan Restaurant in Paris.
