Best bottle yet and also my last bottle. Earthy but lacking the rusticity and hard edges it showed when younger. Perfectly pleasant mature cur Bojo. Drink now.

Wild and feral, definitely on the bretty side but thankfully it wasn’t overly so. A little advanced for the age in terms of colour and taste so it was difficult to guess its origins. I would have thought Burg but with more drying tannins than expected, someone said Piedmont. Lacks a little charm but this was a good drink.

13% alcohol. Very good cork free of defect and with no wine penetration. Medium colour with gentle gradual fading at the edge of the rim. Lovely nose of wild berries, mostly red but with some black ones added to the mix. The mouth is very vibrant, mostly with redcurrant. Significant acidity but just short of cutting. Very good length. A vg Fleurie, especially given the unheralded vintage (probably my last bottle). A repeat purchase for sure.

Peppery and spicy with some green notes. Structured. Day 2 - Ron’s of black pepper, almost to the exclusion of all else. Green herbal notes. Earthy.

Flat. Is this just closed? Does not feel shut down - just mute.
