Used majority of bottle for cooking an Italian-style braised pot roast. It was ok for that, but sure was past its prime, if it ever had one. It definitely had some amber colors but was passable for drinking.

Drank over three nights to see if it would turn into something over time. It's pretty much done. Still had deep ruby color turning to brick. Great shape to their bottle if you have not seen them before.
