Decanted six hours before drinking. Pale and bricking red. Most of the fruit is gone and replaced with a tarry, tertiary sensation surrounded by a lot of acidity. Some floral notes seemed to come and go. I kept thinking "soy sauce". This is another one I put in the category of interesting, but not much more than that...
