Celebrating Judi's Birthday (Sun Wah): Courtesy of MaY. Initial note of soy blows off leaving dark pinot fruit, herb, earth and mineral notes. Impeccably balanced. Cherry, rose water and violet with a sappy quality. Liquid velvet texture; lingering finish. Loads of very pretty fruit here, holding up during the course of the entire evening.

Still young and powerfully coiled. Gobs of sappy fruit -- a fine bottle, but I'll tuck away my last remaining one for at least another 5+ years.
