Rich, creamy, full bodied, has a good mineral feel, a firm presence. Mature, certainly, nothing gained by keeping this. Thanks, CP, for sharing. #VincentParisChezMoi

What a treat to taste a Trollat with this kind of age. Lighter red color with only minimal bricking. A bouquet of stones, dried flowes, dusty fruit. Light and airy fruited palate, great complexity and acidity, tertiary notes. Good depth due to the old vines. One of this wines your want to spent a long time with to follow the evolution in the glass. Thank you, CP, for bringing this. Granit 60 tasting chez Lillelund.

Served blind. Scintillating bouquet that clearly marks syrah notes, of a well-made wine, florals, tropical fruit, pepper, garrigue, lemony herbs, smoke, leather, iron and hint of evoo and a few of these elements kept oscillating forward and back. The nose alone might be worth checking out this treasure, despite naysayers (usually old people who saw these wines widely available for pittance but chose to buy en primeur bdx.) The fruit in the palate is juicy, which took me to a warm vintage, and the finish was short despite velvety tannin. Very short finish. Does not match the insane nose. But it cannot be Michel Stephan, whose wines Ive come across sometimes with such kaleidoscoping nose but unimpressive palate. I guessed '99 N Rhone. The only one on the table to guess the vintage and region and grape, LOL. The reveal was interesting. 100pt nose lol and 85pt glouglou in the mouth = 93 pts.

Surprisingly pale colour. Great nose hinting Rayas or Burgundy. Good weight on palate and long finish. Unique unicorn wine. 99 nose 95 palate

This is something; pepper, iron, minerals, blood, cool stuff, lots of freshness here. Singing.
