Still really youthful. Lemony with a chalky back end. Nothing too complex, but refreshing and showed a lot better depth at cellar temperature and with a few hours of air. Became more impressed with the $30 paid the longer it was open, as the chalk seemed to penetrate the entire wine instead of just on the finish and some grapefruit and citrus pith emerged.

Fine Chablis but somewhat muted on the nose and not especially lively on the palate.

This was better closer to room temperature. I love the briney nose.
I don't believe this sees any oak, but there was a little vanilla and marshmallow note that I didn't prefer in the mouth. Not bad overall, though.

Still going strong. Very good Chablis, in a truly excellent Chablis vintage. I think these were $15, should have bought waaaaaaaaaayyyy more.

Lemon, chalk, and minerals. Pure, simple.
