Chablis Tasting (Bergi, Latvia): This one was on a steel extreme in style. Pale green color. Very pure fresh aromas of apples, floral and sea. Chalky intense minerality on the palate with some herbs. High acidity. Indigenous yeasts. Vinified and matured in steel. Aged on lees for 12 months. Wine is a lighter, leaner expression of Chardonnay thanks to the terroir of Montmains.

PnP at Flatiron SF: Not as complex and minerally as the MDT but holds a certain expansiveness which takes away what I look for in a PC Chablis from the producer. Very enjoyable and a perfect wine on any night.

Cellarhand Icon Tasting 2016 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Muted, wet stone, slight lemon, sight spice with more of the same on the palate with touches of grapefruit. A little muted and subtle but elegant, long and clean. Okay
