A Few 2021 Louis Michel Chablis (Dig Wines, San Francisco): Light yellow. Some reduction. Again, light weight and lean with Granny Smith apple, slight herb, and average intensity. No real step up from the AC wine which is pretty disappointing.

The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are fast. It smells like lime, apricot, peach, pineapple, honeydew, mineral, stoniness, light toast, vanilla, geranium, honeysuckle, baker's yeast and biscuity. The body is light/medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.
