  Nez incroyable, précis et puissant sur la cerise, la framboise, la rose, l’orange sanguine et quelques épices
  La bouche est plus brouillon bien qu’elle est aussi bien ouverte. La framboise et la cerise domine, viens ensuite un coté floral et une trame orangée. Le milieu de bouche à une légère astringence qui je pense partira avec le temps. L’ensemble est relativement gouleyant, la matière n’étant pas trop lourde ni trop faible.
  Finale fruitée, qui tombe un peu rapidement, c’est un brin raiche
  Finalement un vin que j’aimerais sentir sans arrêt mais que la bouche est encore bien trop jeune

  Medium depth of color, less purple to me. Interesting floral bouquet - maybe a little closed though? Good balance, with nice crisp cherry and good minerality. Medium weight.

  The day before, Guillaume told us that Caillerets is a wine that dances and floats on the tongue and I can see what he means with this bottle. Ethereal and elegant with light cherry fruit and plenty of mineral lift. Nevertheless, this is not a generous wine and is probably for real purists but I prefer a bit more fruit and intensity. Perhaps we caught it at an off time? Drunk at La Maison du Columbier in Beaune.

  Extreme purity. Bright cherry and floral nose. Smooth and linear on the palate. A touch of funk on the back end that dissipates with a few hours of air. This also picks up weight and a darker fruit profile. Good potential. Would love to try this against the rest of the line up.
