Tasted at a retailer-sponsored tasting in NYC. This has a "wow" nose, though admittedly heavily new oak influenced but still showing beautiful floral elements and fresh fruit, especially cherry and pomegranate. Medium to high acidity and very mineral driven as well. Long finish but hard as nails today and in need of time in the cellar to soften it and integrate the oak which is still quite prominent. Of course, this is pretty typical of a d'Angerville Caillerets.
