  Expressive and delicious aromas of peaches, honey, gun smoke, minerals and a nice salinity. Rich, ripe and soft on the palate. A perfect bottle. -and the last one.

  Light golden colour, nose of supreme white stone fruits, very peachy, along with a sweet, perfumy, racy aroma of minerals, still showing a tiny bit of youthfulness, but I think it is in the prime position and drinking very nicely now, so vibrant and energetic and at the same time offering smooth and silky texture, the aroma is charming unbeatable, a lengthy finish. A great character.

  Dinner at Epure (cafe EPURE, Shop 403, inside Epure, Level 4, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong): My third from a case bought on release. Briefly decanted. Quite developed deep hay gold colour but beautifully alive and alluring on the nose…light acacia honey, honeysuckle in a cool summer night. White shoe cream comes out with more time in the glass. Palate has the same light honey/honeysuckle, good medium acidity and an attractive almond bitterness and some darker honey on the back palate. Just continues to evolve in the glass and get more rounder , more layered but still retaining a quiet, understated personality. Quietly but powerfully resonant and reverberant but very understated but gosh…94+
