My last of 4 bottles, this once again delivered, and was on the button. Tropical fruit and marzipan notes give the wine a great balance with lingering oyster shell on the finish. Another example that white Burgundy will stay the distance, but that said, this should probably be drunk in the nearer term.

My third of 4 bottles, and it has delivered everytime to date. It a wonderful wine and very generous on the palate with tropical fruit and marzipan notes, and a clean finish with perfect balance and precision.

From Jeroboam (3.0L). First pour and the color looks promising, med. gold color. First smell is promising, and first taste is underwhelming. Not bad but nothing special. Served at a party about 2 hours later and.... WOW!
The best bottle of this I've had. Unctuous, heavy body, lemon oil, stones, allspice, hint of oaky vanilla, long finish.
I'm no longer buying any higher priced white burdgundy because of so many past disappointments but this reminds me why I did.

10th of 12, opened 30 minutes, perfect cork and level, best bottle yet by far, proper GC weight, but nuance, drive to fruit, some steel plus citric lift, upside based on this bottle and good for 10+ years. F+ (18)......I've noticed before with LL CCs that they take a long time to show being lumpy and overly sulphured in the earlier years.

Good Wine with an Exciting Super Bowl (The Krengels - Bannockburn IL): Walk around tasting. Wonderfully fresh for its age and producer, with plenty of lemon and lime notes, some zest. Not the most dense of Grand Crus. but nicely harmonious.
