  • Medium red. Nice mid weight nose of black cherry fruit, white pepper, roasted meat and green herbs. Dry earthy, peppery black cherry flavours and a dry medium tannic finished.

    Restrained style Syrah. I can’t say if it’s the producer or the vintage.

  • Dekantert 1 t. Knytt ved åpning. Tok litt tid før den åpnet seg opp. Sorte oliven, pepper, krekling og solbær. Middels fyldig med god fasthet i den mørke frukten, god syre og litt røykaktig finish. Noe mineraler og bjørnebær i svansen. Bra balansert med 13,5% Litt kort rekyl og litt ekstrahert i avslutningen. Mulig vinmaker har overvurdert fruktkvaliteten her? Mulig mer tid integrerer fatbruken bedre. Litt skuffende siden andre årganger har vært bra, men det er langt opp til Gonon her.

  • Medium garnet. Complex nose, bramble, black currant, dried dark cherry, leather, black olive, black pepper, smoke, cloves. Dry palate, medium acidity, med ripe tannins, long finish. Elegant, balanced, developing St Joseph. Drinking very well now, but has the structure and intensity to develop further.

  • Nice and fine wine. Needed some time to open up. Not very long. Think will improve to a 90+ in time

  • Profil du vin: rouge rond et riche. Bouche pleine, fluide (sans tanins) avec une finale poivrée, un peu d'amertume et de kirsch.

    Les accords: Melon et jambon de parme, Viande rouge rôtie, Poulet rôti / Poulet au four, Boudin noir, Navarin d'agneau, Lièvre à la Royale, Lapin bonne femme, Poularde demi-deuil, Paupiettes de veau, Pigeonneaux à la printanière, Carré de l'est, Carré d'agneau, Tartare de viande, Risotto aux champignons des bois, Steak tartare, Boeuf Wagyu (ou de Kobé), Côte d'agneau, Steak au poivre (Beesteak), Dinde au curry, Jambon braisé, Risotto à la viande ou charcuteries, Cochon grillé, Chiche Kebab, Terrine de campagne

    Le producteur: Domaine André Perret. Domaine familial situé à 15 km au sud de Vienne créé par un chercheur en biologie. C'est une famille discrète mais renommé en particulier pour son Saint Joseph Les Grisières et ses Condrieu Chery et Clos Chanson.
