  Medium ruby with narrow rim. Now starting to evolve on the nose and palate. Fresh black fruits with a meaty and leathery component. Medium-full bodied with plenty of black fruits with a reddish hint. Good fresh acidity keeps it all in check. A nice meaty touch and reasonable length. Tannins are just about resolved now. Previous bottles have been a touch more anonymous, this finally shows the character of the appellation.

  Drank on 4/21/07. Without decanting, the wine was very closed. After giving it time to open, it had nice, tasty fruit. Very light and refreshing. Not anything special, and I would pass on it in the future.
