Very yellow colour, darker than I’d anticipated. Tribut appears to have some issues with oxidation, but fortunately this was limited to the colour in this case. Mature nose with lots of Chablis chalk, wool, some yellow fruit. The palate is very complex, but a bit hollow on the mid-palate, where I wish there had been a bit more zippy acidity and fullness of fruit.
Drink up, it won’t get better!

Somewhat subdued nose upon opening, but this changed a lot when the wine was given time to open up after which it showed some funky dusty lemon and minerals. The wine also became more intens on the palette with proper aeriation, showing more fruit and acidic backbone than upon opening the bottle. Though I feel this wine was better a few years ago where it was more playful than it is today.

Pnp at Heirloom. Seeming quite mature, to my surprise. 13%

Bright acidity and extraordinary depth. Perfect with Oysters. Really enjoyed this - glad I have a few more.
