  Unfortunately my last of these. Pop and pour. Light straw yellow. The wine is drinking beautifully. Fresh and crisp. A beautiful match for fresh halibut.

  Very nice Chablis. crushed stone, citrus, lemony. Wonderful with fresh halibut.

  Very mineral nose which I loved. Wet slate in particular, plus some olive and lilac notes.
  Unfortunately the best parts of the aroma were lost after 5 minutes or so in the glass.
  After that it was a pretty subtle wine overall.
