Lovely 1er Chablis. A bit broad on the palate and unfocused initially, with an ample decant (an hour or two), it clarifies, becoming more precise and intense. Very pretty and excellent with crab cake.

Young, needs air time to unveil itself. Early, intense acids and stoney minerality. With time, some fruit-derived fleshiness emerges to fill in the spaces, but the whole seems a bit flat or shallow. With additional time, integration of taste elements continues and the wine grows in depth and appeal. A nice 1er Chablis in a pure, elegant style.

Yup, another bottle gone. Lovely core of fruit that has aspects of white, clear and golden fruit. Terrific inner energy. Even better on the second night, with impressive grip, lemon notes, minerals and a palpable dry extract on the palate. Will miss this wine, as I think we've gone through all our bottles in just a few months.

Light yellow colour.
Nose of apples and minerals. Tight and pure. Some development, but still alive. Powerful wine with good lenght.
