Blood orange, smoke, roast meats, dark cherry, peppercorn. Full bodied and ripe on the palate but a little out of balance. Some cola on the palate. Lacking a lick of acidity to keep the delicious fruit in check. This has been my experience of all my, admittedly very limited, 2015 Piemonte tastings thus far. Decanted for 10 hours prior to tasting.
