醒酒两个小时，深宝石红偏紫色，闻香有新年份酒会有的水果糖和碾碎的水果的香气，红黑果香混合着草本气息，还有奶油和淡淡的香草味，入口酸度中高，单宁紧涩，有些扎嘴，颗粒很细腻，酒液咸，收口甜美，成熟的果味混合着青椒的香气，还有些许石墨气息，酒的集中度很高，后段感觉酒液有点稠得化不开，伴有回苦，中后段有点短，没醒开，余味香草奶油。酒体强劲，风格华丽，果味主导的一支酒，酒的表现还非常年轻，仿佛是婴儿期，有着很强的陈年潜力。今天没完全醒开，进一步醒酒以后表现还会更上一层楼。

De una magnum no decantada. En nariz estaba demasiado cerrada y en ningún momento se abrió aromas reconocibles. Necesitaba tiempo para airearse y se le negó de forma incomprensible.
Vino denso y cremoso de estilo moderno, suntuoso y abundante. Poca acidez para semejante estructura. No es mi estilo ciertamente.

Stony, mineral-driven red plums and cherries are all over the place. Concentrated, fresh, complex and fresh, give this a decade or so, allowing everything to come together, gaining complexities, nuances and softness.

Amsterdam UGCB Tasting and Winemakers' Dinner (Beurs van Berlage / Eden Hotel): Trade tasting, brief note. Clear stylistic kinship with Pavie-Macquin, but spicier and a bit riper in style, glossy fruit, slightly bigger tannins, hint of minerality, balance and length.

I’m not a fan of this style at all - this comes across and very extracted and glossy and is perhaps the only of the 2017s to actually come across at hot. Lots of veneer without much substance.
