  Coravin. A decade in the cellar has done this wonders. Absolutely classic Gevrey with effusive black cherry and barnyard nose, gorgeous layered dark fruits, Indian spices, and forest floor in the mouth. Texture is super sexy. Medium length finish. Every year or two I am reminded why there is nothing in the world like great red burgundy.
