First day this was overly fruit driven so I vacuumed the bottle and left it for a day.
The next day this was more harmonized/ balanced . The tannins are more noticeable and the dark fruit flavours are present but have lost the sappy/ candy floss aspect. This was enjoyable after opening and leaving it for a day but this still needs time to develop. This will reward patients. Well made ,good acidity, moderate length now.
Third day this was outstanding.
