Very pale yellow with green tint. Faint oak, gooseberry, lemon, zest, crème brûlée, glue, vanilla, butterscotch, white flowers, yellow peach, and lavender. Medium-high acidity, medium bodied, medium alcohol. Complex, structured, and layered. Tart and crisp yet velvet on the palate. Long finish. Very well-made.
Wine had evolved and opened since I last tasted it 18 months ago. A major score upgrade based on this bottle.

Delicious. Better when not overly chilled to let the wine shine through (obvious I know).
The balance between sauv blanc and semillion is great. There is just a hint of bright tartness with the rest smooth and well balanced stone fruits. Very clean and crisp.

First time with this cuvee; I like Bordeaux blanc, but it isn't my favorite wine; this was certainly very good and up there with the best Bordeaux blancs I've had; complex nose with clear notes of sauv blanc; grapefruit, lemon, rosemary, bell pepper, just a hint of honey; good balance and depth and developed/held well for 2 nights. All that said, for my personal preference not worth the entry price. I'd rather spend the money on the sweet wines from Yquem

Served blind. Caught as much as white Bordeaux, it has all the tell tales: grape fruit, citrus, smoke, litsche, rich fruit, fine intensity and length. Will go on. #IB

Chez MG: spicy (white pepper), pretty powerful.
