Exactly like what you imagine a dry d'Yquem would smell like with its honey, dried apricot, caramel, butterscotch, dried pineapple, and spice-filled perfume. Crisp, semi-sweet, and salty on the palate, the finish with its mild, honey accent that rides along with its yellow and orange fruits seal the deal. Drink from 2023-2027.

55 years old and not a single trace of fatigue or oxidation. Amazing. Impressive length and complexity. Orange peel, nuts, marzipan and everything you would expect from a mature Sauternes without the sweetness. An incredible mouthfeel. Notes of fortified wine without the fortification (both sherry and Madeira).

Similar profile as precious with kumquats, loquats and sweet apricot nose and orange blossoms. As comments on the table went, this is dyquem thru and thru without the sweetness but with a almost bitter off dry orange peel kinda dry finish.

Beautiful nose of marmalade and orange blossoms. it smells of botrytis bt on the palate slightly off dry with tropical mangoes, apricots and honeyed golden kumquats. Quickly finishes with satisfyingly dry crystalline cleaness.

Mid shoulder. Still alive, with dill, coconut, lanoline and a slight sherry note.
