Surprising For me was expecting more dry But for me like half dry Maybe the smell help to think so For me was first like white rape fruit then change to mostly passion fruit and pina colada ( pineapple coco ..) Its well made, no citrus taste at all Like no acidity Not for lover of citrus chardonnay and minerality The taste not remember as the smell stay in mind

Benchmark Sauvignon Blanc. What a beautiful wine. Grapefruit, green apple, lemon peel, hints of honey. The wine had a wonderful spicy/peppery finish which I really enjoyed. Great balance throughout. It did get better with 2-3 hours of air in the bottle. Can be enjoyed now and the next 10-15 years but I would wait another 5 years to drink again. 93-94p.

BYO Centropa (Centropa, Deichmann, Oslo): Lys, vanndig farge.

I had the opportunity to drink the 2013 (from 750) and the 2016 (en magnum) side by side. In full disclosure, I am not 100% sure which glass was which, although both were excellent and I would score the same.
One (I think the ‘16) was more intense, with passion fruit and tropical notes that jump out of the glass. The fruit was so pure and the wine so balanced and the finish so long.
The other (likely ‘13) was slightly more restrained, although this is not a negative in any way. Slightly more grapefruit and lemon in addition to the tropical fruits, more oiliness to the texture and a faint petrol note on the finish.
Best dry Bdx Blancs that I have ever tasted
