  Dark ruby with lightening towards the rim. Classic aromas of dark red cherries, forest-floor, wood spice and smoke. A medium-bodied palate shows sweet crushed cherries, hint of smoked meat, medium acidity, supple tannins and a long spice tinged finish. This is drinking well now.

  Really enjoyed this. Fully mature, nice dusty/cherry notes and some tertiary complexity kicking in. Didn't take long to open up, maybe 1.5 hours. Not the longest finish but these was really tasty and for my palette at least, I think it needs to be consumed as it seems rather resolved. Kicking myself for only having one bottle of this.

  Very nice Birgundy that is a peak maturity. Light ruby color. The nose is full of ripe cherry and cranberry fruit with a dusting of earth mixed in for interest. Mature fruit with perky acidity. Lacks a bit on the finish compared to past bottles. Good but other bottles have been better. (90)
