First Wednesday Wine Club (Napoli in Bocca, Haberfield): Served blind. A little apple, lemon, smells crips, very slight butter, honey. Juicy, a little textured on the mid palate, it's a little short and the flavours are a reflection of the nose. I guessed Petit Chablis 2016

This is the current release , sold out on the website and waiting for the release of the 2020
Colour light straw green hues crystal clear as the label says “drink now for its razor fine floral citrus aged fruit or salad for up to 15 years and watch it developed lime and toast characters with age” Razor sharp is right , only 4g RS so it’s super dry and 7.1g TA Overall nice

Nose of green apples and lime. Same to taste. Mouthwatering acidity. It’s racy but will put on some weight over time. Need to slow down my consumption of these, can see a future with more interest if patient enough.

Canberra districts whistlestop tour; 8/14/2020-8/15/2020 (Canberra Districts): Lime, a little green apple, chalky minerality. Juicy, sharp acidity, lime, a little green apple, gone dry, slightly chalky textured. A little anonymous for me.
