  Lime, pear, elderflower, honeysuckle, hay, guava, grass (more than bell pepper), sandalwood, and emerging macadamia nut and toast (possibly from 6 years of age). Lively. Pleasant phenolic grip. High acid with a rounded fine-grit texture. Medium body. Pronounced intensity. M+/Long finish. Medium lemon color. Oak is 2nd use or older. Other vintages aged on lees, which for a short while, seems likely here also. Outstanding. The level of grassiness, though subtle, just barely takes me out of Bordeaux, but I would not have guessed Yarra Valley, Australia. 68% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Semillon, 8% Muscadelle.
