Second time tasting this wine and I am so impressed but the quality and how blind you would have guessed Bordeaux.
Very similar to the previous tasting note, lemon balm oil, orchard notes, white florals, jasmine, light yet succulent, chalky yet textured. This has everything and more. 96+++

Yarra, Mornington, Geelong wine tour day two (Yarra Valley): Very very slightly reductive notes, slight sulphur, gooseberry, a little almost lime/lemongrass, touch of leesy notes and a pinch of sweet spice complete the nose. In the mouth it's juicy, textured burr, fruit less forward but all travels super long. Good but time.

I have never tasted a non-Bordeaux white which tasted like a Bordeaux white like Mount Mary Triolet.
This had notes of white peach, honeysuckle, lemon balm oil, jasmine and vanilla bean notes. The palate was bright yet textured with juicy orchard fruit, vanilla tart and sweet spices filling the palate. The mid-palate showered depth and texture along with bright acidity finishing long, refreshing and layered.

A more restrained version compared to 20 and in this iteration, there is more sub-tropical notes with more of the steeliness of semillion being quite upfront. Lovely everything including acidity that will in 10+ years turn this into an excellent blanc.
Drink from 2033 to beyond.
