Medium gold. Pronounced grapefruit and tropical fruits and a stony character, fine acidity woven in with good length. The aromatic profile is probably a bit too blowsy for a non-Sauv Blanc drinker.

Colour quite yellowing now but the wine in perfect shape and so true to its assemblage and age (if not surprising in the youthfulness of taste). Still a certain brightness of youth in the mouth. A kaleidoscope of peach, melon, and citrus with herbs, honey and hint of glycerin. As I said bright but evoking that breadth and complexity of age. It seemed everyone was drawn to wanting more. (Was perfect accompaniment to trout and spinach pie)

Served at lunch from The Brisbane Club Cellar. Bottled under Diam this bottle has a pale green gold colour with some deepening. The nose is intense with lemon, lime and touches of passionfruit and gooseberry leading into straw and honey. The palate carries through with lovely fruit characters and a zesty acidity and stoniness that provides lovely balance. The balance and poise is the extra something that I like in this wine.

Some fruit action that borders on the exotic, think rockmelon and feijoa. There are some grass and mineral notes and it is a wine of good texture and precision. The finish is clean and crisp.

not great but good, minerals and faint fruits, maybe going thru a phase. Medium finish
