Nose: honey, white flower, bees wax, pineapple, jasmine tea, smoke, apricot, citrus
Notes: 13% ABV. Opening this mainly for research purposes as I cannot imagine this can be opened anytime soon but I must say this is opening up much better than I originally thought and is showing quite nicely. A rich and heavy nose of pineapple and bees wax, I can feel the wine developing into something with great potential. Quite full bodied and with an extremely floral nose, creating a very neat and appealing aroma. This is an extremely promising young wine and I believe is worth the wait for another 7-8 years.
