Very different approach - 100% stems and you can tell as it's very peppery. Not much oak used, and low-intervention winemaking. Quite bracing on the finish - needs time (and, at least in the meantime, food).

2019 EP Tasting of Vosne and Nuits-St-Georges with Stannary Wines (Zoom): Tasting sample prepared from barrel. Picked 23rd Sept, 100% stems as always, a little new oak. Nice aromatics, plenty of natural tannins, good depth and length, a slight bitter twist at the end, will need plenty of time

Nuits and Vosne 2019 with Stannary (Zoom!): Picked about a week later than most, and there's a chunky quality that the other wines so far have lacked.
