  开瓶即巅峰
  颜色还是比较清透的，但喝着却是集中度很高的
  第一口就感觉完全不用醒
  华丽的花果香，一点点山楂
  整体极为柔和，单宁很弱
  finish的时候有微弱的spicy
  
  两小时开始往下走，变的还挺快
  喝的时候很爽
  但回头想想是不是缺了点结构，这酒能放么

  Musique & Vin Pre-Concert Dégustation (Château du Clos de Vougeot): Walk around tasting. An exceptional performance this year. Ripe red cherry, berry, and plum across the nose and palate with anise and black tea, all help up at lofty heights by brilliant textures. Very good length, ending with bright, crunchy minerality. Cellar until 2027 or later.

  This was decanted for 4 hours beforehand.
  
  We enjoyed this wine along with a Selsosse Substance and a MG echezeaux. The Feusselottes kind if took the backseat here.
  
  All in all, it was a terrific wine. It was super expressive aromatically. Gorgeous red fruit and flowers. Deep and complex aromas intentisified throughout the evening giving the Echezeaux a run for its money.
  
  The palate was a knockout. Medium plus acidity and the tannin was soooooo smooth. Need to note that we served the wine slightly chilled and it paid big dividends!! The color was so light and translucent while the body is medium.....maybe even a touch on the medium plus side. No idea how the ladies do it but their wines are my favorite across Burgundy. At least for what I can afford lol!
