  This was quite underwhelming given the pedigree of the site and Kelley’s “wine of the vintage” label. It is missing concentration, lacks minerality, and the acidity should be more pronounced. The wine is too delicate at this point. Maybe it is just in an awkward phase.
  
  TN: Upon opening, not much expression, almost watery on the palate. With time a the wines fills out a bit more and displays fine ripe fruit, quince, some apricots, some honey, white tea notes. Very soft and round, too soft, missing that zing of acidity and the grounding gravitas of minerality.
  
  Decanting: Not decanted, followed over 3 hours. It got a bit fuller and more expressive with air. I would give it a few hours in the decanter.
