  Medium golden color. Very aromatic and explosive, with notes of apricot, peach, herbal notes, some white flowers, roasted nuts, also some honey, chamomile. It‘s medium-full bodied, with very good persistence, there is also some medium-high acidity and just a touch of alcoholic heat that might integrate, or not. Pretty long finish with some almost phenolic bitterness. A fascinating, pretty large-scaled Timorasso. I would love to try this again in 2-3 years.
