Medium-bodied, with a nice polish to the spicy, olive-tinged, red fruits. The wine should be easy to drink on release, yet age for almost a decade as well. This was made from blending 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 8% Petit Verdot. Drink from 2023-2033. 89-91

En-Primeur campaign for the 2021 vintage; 4/25/2022-4/29/2022 (Bordeaux): Plum, blackcurrant, black cherry, slight cream and a smidge of vanilla; polished oak, sweet spice, a touch of alcohol prickle lends a slight peppery note. Medium plus intensity acidity, plenty of oak on the palate, juicy, fleshy, tannins are chalky black fruit persists beneath this, it’s got a bit of alcohol here as well, quite warm. meh
