Clear, deep gold color. Clean nose, at the beginning pronounced aromas of lemon and honeymelon. With opening honeymelon, almonds aromas take over. Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium flavour intensity of honey, almonds. Mid to long finish. This is a very good wine.

Summer fruit and honeysuckle in front of a broad, medium-toned core with salinity and then a reasonable length finish (maybe not as long as hoped for) on acidity. Mouthfeel is towards the leaner side but by no means angular or spiky. Really good with oysters on the halfshell. Note: Having minimal to no experience with Soave, I would 100% have called this Chablis if tasted blind.

Delicious, age worthy Soave. Yellow apples, nectarine, loads of white flowers, and some smoky mineral notes veering towards hydrocarbons. Elegant, lush body underpinned by strong acidity. Tertiary notes are just starting to appear, this has a lot of life ahead of it.

Sample tasting at work (Oinoscent): Big, bright, citrus, flinty, quince, ripe stone fruit, palate is beautiful, tasty, nutty, full body, long powerful finish
