  Drank this at Crystal Jade Palace with my wine mates. Theme of the evening: Wines that start with the letter Z.
  
  Straw green-yellow in colour. Wine was pumped up and ready to go from the start. Shedding its fruit bomb image, this wine is more lean, focused and sharp. Diligent and does a good job delighting the guests and matching with the food.
  
  If you need a go-to wine to start a party, this is the wine.

  Nase: Sauber. Intensive Aromen von Zitrone, Grapefruit, Stachelbeere, Gras. Jugendlich
  
  Gaumen: Trocken, hohe Säure, mittlerer Alkohol von 13.5%, mittlerer Körper mit intensiven Aromen von Grapefruit, Gras, Zitrone, mineralisch, mittlerer Abgang
  
  (BLIK 1+0.75+0.75+0.5=3) Sehr gute Qualität. Schön balanciert. Wein ist knochentrocken und lebt von seiner charakteristischen, intensiven Aromatik. Kann getrunken werden, hat noch 1-2 Jahre Reifepotential und 1-2 Jahre Lagerpotential

  Gorgeous defined green fruit, with an intense melon and passion fruit note. Elegant on the palate - all the usual high acidity but with a broad, rich mouthfeel and more body than previous vintages (a touch of malo?). Long and intense finish. Gastronomic. I’d age it - 4-5 more years and this will be in an even better spot.

  Scorched mineral, lime blossom, green apple, and grapefruit nose. Dry, assertive palate with a fresh, zesty finish.

  Served by the glass in a restaurant from a freshly opened bottle, this straw-colored wine serves up aromas and flavors of green apples, lime zest, passionfruit, kiwi and lemongrass. Medium-bodied, racy, unoaked and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 13.5%), it stays impressively dense on the mid-palate and concludes with a mouthwatering, lengthy finish. Bottled with a Stelvin enclosure, this showed no reductive notes upon opening and was immediately expressive. Drink now-2026.
