  • Dark purple. Nose is open, fruity, green, youthful and stemmy. Very concentrated palate. Leans hard into aniseed. Combined with the high alcohol and concentration it's almost medicinal in character. Mouth filling and structured but with plenty of body to match the tannin. Some typical Grenache garigue notes.

Interesting, and high quality but not sure I loved it. Might be better with food but would want to be something rich.
