  2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Barrel Tasting - Expressive nose displaying perfectly ripe black fruit with a hint of red, blackberry concentrate, crushed blackberry, a hint of raspberry, licorice, mocha, rose, spicy spices and limestone. Excellent concentration, beautifully layered pure concentrated black fruit, rich, round and deeply tone but also silky and airy, perfect amount of acidity and strong mineral, and a long pure concentrated black fruit driven finish with a hint of caramel and spicy spices at the end. It seems more serious and complete than the Latricieres but not as fun as the moment.
