  light ruby colour and medium body. beautiful nose of raspberry and cherry perfumed with rose petals, lilacs, and a dusting of spices. still somewhat tight in the mouth, bright red currant and strawberry flavours do open up with lovely layers of sous-bois, bergamot and blood orange, all infused by a florality. structure clips the end a bit.
  
  somewhat more open than other '21s, it still needs a bit of time for the (polished) tannins to integrate. but is is balanced and elegant and a wine with upside potential.
  
  13.5% AbV; fully-destemmed fruit; eighteen month in oak (25-30% new, as is customary for the Domaine and 1er Crus).

  Medium ruby hue. Aromas and flavors of cherry, earthy, licorice, raspberry, rose petal, strawberry, and tar. Medium body, with medium tannins and high acidity. Creamy mouthfeel and a lengthy finish.
