Rousseau Chambertin Clos de Bèze: 1964 - 2014 (Per Se): Metallic, mildly oxidative, some red berry fruit hanging on. The iron note has blown off and this nose is now meaty and bloody with a pleasant roast / smoke character. Palate is mature with darker and more tertiary earth flavors.
