  The Thirteenth Annual Stonefields Dinner (Guelph, Ontario, Canada): Bought from the chateau direct. Decanted for sediment
  Notes of soy, beetroot, sour cheery, spice, earth, forrest floor, and red flowers.
  The palate is so pure...wow. Soy, spice, tart red fruit, ginger, red flowers and mineral notes. This is is such great place now and shows the benefit of great provenance.
  Finish is long, complex and layers. Great wine.

  Fresh and correct nose, very vibrant. The palate is marvelously lush, showing all that is good about the 1959 vintage with pleasant acidity and yet - a bit short on the finish, not a huge finish nor fleshy. Yet very enjoyable.
