Probably 18 months to 2 years past its best, but enough acidity and structure remains to hold it together. The nose gives the age away somewhat, and it is now very much a food wine, but still an enjoyable one. Drink up.

Surprisingly more advanced than a previous bottle from the same source, this bottle seemed to be at or approaching peak. Delicious, but a bit confused about where these are going.

Lunch at Milos. Medium straw. Wow, citrus, peach, honey suckle and nutty aromas surging from the glass. Rich texture without the buttery fatness one sometimes find in white Burgundy. Creamy, honeyed mouthfeel. Lime/citrus, stones, and honey/nuts on the palate. Very precise and pure this wine. More in the Meursault/Corton camp than in the Chablis camp. Outstanding bottle of wine.

Tart and firm, with light nutty/lees aromas. Initially quite stern but just popped with about 20 minutes decanting to reveal remarkably generous, ripe white peach and green apple fruit with delightful structure. Just love the combination of ripe fruit and firm acid structure here. No obvious wood here. Rollin is on my short list for Pernand white.
